Instead of sitting on changing room benches worried about what others will think of your fitness level, head into the gym with confidence and keep your eyes on the prize. In other words, try not to let life get you down and it may actually help to keep you healthy. Of course, laugh and smile as much as you can and try find someone in your life who brings you joy whether a friend, partner or family member.
Finally, make sure you keep up on your doctors visits. This means attending your annual check-up and have regular exams specific to your gender and age. Also don’t forget to do self checks as this can actually save your life.
